

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms

Reservations: All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.

Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations.

Final Payment: Full payment is due 48 hours prior to service date for personal bookings, and upon invoice for approved corporate accounts.

Minimum Hire: Minimum hire durations may apply depending on the event type and vehicle class (e.g., 2-hour minimum).
Delays & Force Majeure

Business Class Limousines Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, or acts beyond our control.

In the event of an unforeseen mechanical issue or emergency, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle or offer a refund.
Cancellations & Changes

Standard Bookings:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service: Deposit forfeited, no additional charge.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service: 50% of total fare charged.

Cancellations within 24 hours: Full fare is non-refundable.

Special Events & Peak Periods (e.g., weddings, holidays, prom):

72 hours' notice required for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations within 72 hours: 100% of fare is non-refundable.

No Shows:

If the client fails to show up at the agreed time and location, the full fare will be charged.

Rescheduling:

We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate pick-up times and locations.

Any damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.

Alcohol and cannabis consumption is strictly prohibited in vehicles as per Canadian federal and provincial laws.
